The ‘Marulla’ Holiday Farmhouse sits on a peak between the valleys of the rivers Aso and Tenna, at an altitude of 750 metres and within a kilometre of Montefalcone Appennino. On a clear day, this unique location overlooking the Sibillini Hills offers a breathtaking panorama reaching down to the Adriatic Sea.
Structure
The Marulla Farmhouse is the result of the Marziali family’s efforts to refurbish the entire complex, completely restoring it with all the care of a family who has lived there for more than 200 years. The accommodations are the outcome of an architectural remodelling by the owners, who knew how to blend the sensations of the past with the need for every modern comfort.
To round off all that the Marulla Farmhouse has to offer, it is also possible to organise nature excursions, trips on mountain bikes and a meeting room is available for larger groups.
Finally, the complex also boasts a pool (12x5.5mt2) with a breath-taking view, which is illuminated by night to allow guests to relax outdoors in the evenings.

Accomodations
The old barn, the farmhouse and the granary, all belonging to the Marziali family, have been transformed into welcoming and comfortable accommodations, each one completely independent. Each one exudes a warm and quiet atmosphere, with interiors in exposed stone and terracotta tiled flooring; all the apartments have central-heating, TV, a bathroom with shower, a wonderful aspect and a panorama that sweeps from the peak of Monte Vettore all the way to the sea.
Apartments 1 & 2
Apartments 1 and 2 are located at the front of the old barn and are composed of a kitchen on the ground floor, a bathroom and double bedroom on the upper floor.
Apartments 3 & 4
Apartments 3 and 4 are located at the back of the Barn, both at ground level and are composed of a kitchen, bathroom and double bedroom.
Apartment 5
The Grande apartment is on the ground floor beside the barn, in an advantageous position looking onto the pool. It has a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 double bedrooms and a room with 2 sofa beds, which can open to become bunk beds.
